Share Your Photos, Results, and News

We love featuring our 4-H members. (Scroll down to read the Website Posting Policy for guidelines.)

We offer four ways for you to send us your photos:

  • Email to submit@hch4h.org.
  • Message our Facebook page: hch4hclub.
  • Request an upload link for multiple photos. Contact us and we’ll supply a link for easily transferring multiple files.

Website Posting Policy

We welcome contributions to the High Country Handiworkers website from all members and their families. Please read the guidelines below, and email your submissions to submit@hch4h.org or message to our club Facebook page at hch4hclub. You can also request an upload link for multiple photos or larger files. We’ll be happy to help!

News Stories and Announcements

Write your story text including all pertinent details and contact information. Photos may also be included. Stories can be related to 4-H activities, as well as news about our club’s members and families outside of 4-H.

Photos

Please include a caption with each photo. If you are sending multiple photos, please note the filename and then a caption to describe the people and activity as follows:

Reporter

After submitting your report to the local newspapers (Loveland Reporter-Herald, Coloradoan, Berthoud Surveyor), please send a copy for the website and social media to submit@hch4h.org. Email the report in a Word document, shared Google Doc, text document, or in the body of the email. The report should be submitted within 10 days after each meeting date.

Secretary

Meeting minutes will be published on the website after each meeting. Email minutes in a Word document, shared Google Doc, text document, or in the body of the email. The minutes should be submitted within 10 days after each meeting date.​

Cloverbuds

Please submit a report about the Cloverbud meetings. Photos are encouraged as well!
