January 2020 Meeting Minutes

Submitted by Andrea Newby, Club Secretary.

The meeting of the High Country Handiworkers was called to order at 7:05 p.m. on January 13, 2020 by former President Brooke Carlson. President Josh Ryan and Vice President Nate Rogers were unable to attend.

The pledges were led by Eden Copeland and Sydney Gray.

Roll call was taken by Secretary Andrea Newby and the question asked of members was, “What project are you most excited for this year?”

Sydney Gray moved to approve the minutes as posted on the club website. Seconded and APPROVED.

No reporter’s report was given by CharLee Davis because she just took office at this meeting.

Katherine Cox and Wyatt Grundy invited the members with January birthdays forward and sang to them for the sunshine report.

Cindy Buckardt and Kinzie Copeland gave the Cloverbud report since the Cloverbud leader Lacey Adams was absent.

There was no information discussed about parliamentary procedure due to Rob Ryan’s absence.
