I’m sure that most of you remember your first year in 4-H and all the learning you had to do on your own to complete your projects and records. This year, the Junior Leadership Club (JLC) is working to begin a resource program to lessen the steep learning curve for new 4-H members by gathering a team of experienced senior members who would be free to help newer members with their projects. Many of you have diverse experience in many 4-H projects or specialized knowledge of just a few projects and all of this knowledge would be invaluable to members who are just getting started!
