The High Country Handiworkers 4-H club met on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 7:02 p.m. at the McKee Building at The Ranch.
The club talked about enrollment and when it’s due (February 1, 2022 for returning members. March 15, 2022 for new members).
The club also talked about Hunter Education, and the required Annual Safety Meetings for the Shooting Sports project.
There are some upcoming events like ice fishing at Dowdy Lake near Red Feather on February 19, 2022 for the Sportsfishing project. The new beekeeping project is meeting on January 25 at 6 p.m. in the McKee Building at The Ranch.
After that, we made plans for the 4-H Carnival. This year is the 63rd anniversary. The carnival is on March 5, 2022. We talked about which booths we would like to do.
Our next club meeting is scheduled for February 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the McKee Building at the Ranch Events Complex.
