Our first club meeting for the new 2022–2023 4-H year is this Monday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the McKee Building’s Berthoud, Fort Collins, and Loveland Rooms. I look forward to seeing everyone!
If you did not complete 4-H last year, we invite you to consider coming back this year and having the complete 4-H experience. 4-H has so much to offer, but it does take a bit to get familiar with how everything works, and we understand that.
Be sure to review the minutes from the July meeting as posted on the club website so we can vote to approve them. Click here to read the July meeting minutes.
We are going to try a new procedure this year. I’ve made name badges for everyone, both members and leaders. Upon entering the meeting room, please gather an agenda, a parliamentary procedure book, and your name badge. When leaving the meeting, please leave your parliamentary book in the bin. Two volunteers will then be at each door gathering the name badges. Before the next meeting, I will go through the name badges and use them to record who was in attendance, so we will not have to go through the roll call during the meeting.
We may also try a new seating arrangement, just to see how it works. If you are not comfortable with the seating, you are welcome to sit where you would like.
See you on Monday!
