The High Country Handiworkers 4-H Club met on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the McKee Building at The Ranch in Loveland, Colorado. The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.
Old business was discussed including community service at the Courtyard Assisted Living Facility.
New business included the upcoming MQA makeup training date on May 19, ordering club shirts, Larimer County Fair parade committee, and nights for demonstrations. The club will have 2 events for demonstrations for the members who still need to do one.
There were four demonstrations at the meeting including an observation hive, caring for ferrets, how a steam engine works, and dog obedience.
Leader reports included Beekeeping, Photography, Foods, Scrapbooking, Clothing Construction, and Visual Arts. There was also a report about the Junior Leadership Club and their next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
The next meeting will be held on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the McKee Building at The Ranch in Loveland.
