Record books require a signature from the club leader. Cindy will be available to review and sign record books on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. at Construction Supply House (806 North 2nd Street, Berthoud) when we are decorating for the parade, as well as Sunday afternoon at her office at Construction Supply House from 1:00–3:00 p.m.
Here’s a time-saver for members and Cindy! Email your record books for review. If you’re doing it on the computer, you can email the PDF. Or if you’re filling it out by hand and can scan it, you can send it that way. Email it to csh@frii.com, and she will review it and email you back with suggestions or approval. Then when you come to decorate the parade float on Friday or come by her office on Sunday afternoon, she can just sign it and you won’t have to wait!
