The 4-H Carnival is coming up quickly on Saturday, March 2. This is the biggest fundraiser for the Larimer County 4-H Foundation and the Larimer County clubs, including ours. And it’s a lot of fun!
4-H members are expected to sell at least 25 tickets for $1.00 each. (Cloverbuds can sell tickets if they wish.) This support that members give the Larimer County 4-H Foundation is returned in the form of funding for 4-H programs, conferences, as well as eligibility for college scholarships.
Selling Carnival Tickets at King Soopers
We are hosting an opportunity for members to sell tickets in front of King Soopers on Eagle Drive in Loveland on February 10–11 from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. This is a great time to sell your 25 tickets, plus a lot more!
🍀 Sign up for a short 1½–hour shift! Visit the Signups page on hch4h.org.
Bring Items for Club Carnival Baskets
During the carnival, there are two live auctions at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Our club donates baskets to be sold and we receive 50% of the proceeds. This year, the club members voted on three themes: Outdoors, Cooking, and LEGO.
🍀 Please bring a few items to the February meeting to be included in the club baskets.
Pick Up Your 25 Carnival Tickets
If you haven’t attended club meetings in the last two months and haven’t received your 25 carnival tickets to sell, please reach out and we can arrange a time to get them to you. Otherwise, they will be available at the next club meeting on Monday, February 12. They will be due back to our club leaders by the date of the Carnival on March 2.
🍀 Email info@hch4h.org to arrange to get carnival tickets.
