December Meeting
Our final meeting of the year is this Monday, December 5. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. (This is a change from our normal 2nd Monday of each month, due to scheduling conflicts at the McKee Building.)
Cookies
We’ll continue our December meeting tradition to exchange cookies. We invite you to bring one dozen cookies to share at the end of the meeting.
Office Elections
This is also our meeting for officer elections. Any 4-H club member can run for an office. (Sorry, Cloverbuds are not eligible.) To run for an office, we ask that each individual comes to the front to introduce themselves and tell the club why they would be a great candidate. Please keep in mind that running for an office means you are making a commitment to attend as many meetings as possible and fulfill the requirements for the office.
The offices are as follows:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Sunshine
- Reporter
- Historian
Demonstrations
Please go to the Signups page on the club website to choose when you’d like to present your demonstration.
Community Service
Following the meeting, we will be wrapping Christmas gifts for Foster and Adoptive Families of Larimer County as a community service. Please consider working as a team—buddy up with another club member.
Meeting Minutes
Most importantly, read the minutes from November prior to the meeting.
