Junior Livestock Sale Checks are Available

Junior Livestock Sale checks are now AVAILABLE!

Take your thank you notes to exchange for your check. Go to the Ranch Event Office on the east side of the north hall in the First National Bank Building and follow the signs to the admin office. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Send Livestock Record Books for Review

Send your livestock record books to info@hch4h.org to have them reviewed. Then we’ll gather record books at the club picnic on Monday, September 9 and turn them in to the extension office for judging.

NOTE: Record books are due to the extension office by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27. If you don’t turn record books in by September 9, you must transport your own record book to the extension office.

Round Robin Workshop

The Round Robin workshop is coming up on Wednesday, July 10 from 4:00–7:00 p.m. in the 4-H, Youth, and Community Livestock Arena. This youth-guided activity is an informative workshop where exhibitors have been kind enough to bring their project animals for others to practice with and gain hands-on experience. We will have all 7 divisions of animals that will be included in the Round Robin competition. This is a great opportunity to learn from your peers who have had success showing their species and learn techniques for showing those animals. This workshop replaces the Round Robin clinic that is usually held during the county fair. We encourage all youth to participate!
