It’s cold and snowy OUTSIDE, but we’re warm and ready for some fun INSIDE at the 4-H Carnival! Join us between 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Carnival booths, live auctions, bake sale, craft/vendor fair, carnival food, and door prizes!
We’re one week away from the 60th Annual 4-H Carnival!
In addition to the carnival, there will be a vendor/craft show with over 40 booths, and live auctions at 12:00 and 2:00 where we’re featuring over 50 items at each auction: a 40″ flat-screen television, a handmade lariat-rope coffee table commemorating the 60th anniversary, lots of themed baskets, and so much more.
Door prizes will be awarded throughout the day. And to satisfy your sweet tooth, there’s a bake sale of homemade goodies.
Livestock Field Day will be on Saturday, February 23. This is the best opportunity for Livestock members to complete their MQA training.
MQA training is required by the State Office for all Livestock members. This includes all Rabbits including Companion, Breeding/Show and Market and All Poultry, including Breeding Chickens, Market Chickens, Breeding Ducks, Market Ducks, Breeding Geese, Market Geese, Breeding Turkeys, Market Turkeys and Pigeons, Breeding & Market Beef, Breeding & Market Goat, Dairy Goat, Pygmy Goat, Breeding & Market Sheep, Breeding & Market Swine, and Dairy Cattle.

Thank you to everyone who has brought items for our three baskets for the auction at the 4-H Carnival. But we want our baskets to be AWESOME! We need more items in this priority order 1) Colorado Sports, 2) Camping, 3) Dog Lovers. Whatever you can contribute is helpful! Please get items to Cindy soon!
Carnival tickets were distributed to members at the January meeting. If you weren’t able to attend, catch up with Cindy and get yours. Each member is required to sell at least 25 tickets. If you want to sell more, you’re welcome to do that. The 4-H member who sells the most tickets in Larimer County this year will receive a $100 reward!
Our club will be selling tickets on Saturday, January 26 and Sunday, January 27 from 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. at the King Soopers on Eagle Drive in Loveland. Go to Signups to volunteer for a shift and join your 4-H friends selling tickets!
